Program Description: Rated sends one-time passcodes (OTP) via SMS solely to verify your phone number when you sign in or create an account. No marketing or promotional messages are sent via SMS.

Message Frequency

One (1) message per verification request. You will only receive an SMS when you explicitly tap “Send code” on the sign-in screen. We do not send recurring or scheduled text messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any SMS from Rated to opt out of verification messages. After opting out, you will no longer be able to receive OTP codes via SMS and may not be able to sign in using your phone number. To re-enable SMS, contact support@ratedapp.com.

Privacy — Mobile Number Non-Sharing

Mobile opt-in and your mobile phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your mobile number is used solely to:

Deliver the one-time verification code you requested
Where applicable, link a web purchase at ratedapp.com to your in-app account to unlock features

Your mobile number is never sold, rented, or disclosed to advertising networks, data brokers, or any party for purposes unrelated to delivering the Rated service.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
